I completely agree with what Nilay is saying. The age of SEO and inbound leads via third-party traffic sources are over. Google’s recent move to AI mode, and the amount of stolen content that’s been used to train for-profit AI models is just mind-blowing, and makes publishers feel powerless. Because they genuinely are right now.
