Superpowers
Internal reflections and an analysis of my superpowers.
I do a ton of internal reflections. I constantly seek who I am, how I am evolving, and what makes me special in this world. What makes me be resilient and above all, what gives me the grit I have.
Today, I think I found the answer to it, and my superpower is "Changing".
Most people fear change. I fear standing still. If a belief no longer makes me better, I’ll drop it in a heartbeat. I can turn on a dime—because progress matters more than pride.
Change is accompanied by intention.
When you know who you are, you know what you are seeking, and why your brain and heart make the decisions that you are making every day. This shapes what the English literature calls intention. Intention shapes everything in your life. And the central part of getting to where you want to be, and to know what you deserve is "change".
In fact, I see so many people go for predictability. I think predictability is blown out of proportion. Of course, you can expect predictability from the government, hospitals, and such. But expecting your mood, and everyday practice to be predictable is unfair. Every second, your body is changing. Your body knows the importance of change, and it is doing its job very well to hold your soul.
Change is super important for any business. That's why founders keep coming back to fix their business which was handed over to a "predictable CEO".
In business or in your personal life, "change or die". What happens if the cells in your body decide to stay the same? You die. It’s simple. A small cell knows, and change is already in your DNA. If it’s not in your lifestyle, figure out your life before time runs out.
